Murphy Creek

I really love doing this kind of image. We took
a boat ride from the St. John's River south of
Palaka during December. There is a short period
of about 2 weeks when we get a leaf color change.
I created the etching, printed several in blue/black and
then, played with the color combinations in watercolor
until I was satisfied with the result. Sometimes it takes
a lot to get satisfied but this one presents the feeling
and joy of the scene.
