Here we are! After much work - scraping
and polishing - then cropping the plate down-
finally the etching!. This was done from a series
of photos my grandson, Charlie (age 17) took
on the beach at Washington Oaks State Park
in Flagler County. I actually cropped the photo
to get what I wanted. Then, when the etching
didn't suit me after weeks of work, I cut the
plate to the the center and decided it was worth
the effort. Then, I was bored with the color
and started painting in the purples and reddish
browns. The big one comes tomorrow.
