White Heron

I have had a hard time getting
a good photo of this image - even
had one professionally taken. The
bird should show up better and the
sky has more pink in it. It is a very
nice hand-colored etching with a
orchestrated compositional plan.
The white tree stops the action of
the bird going out of the picture.
I also learned that the White Heron
has yellow legs as opposed to the
Great Egret which has black legs.
They look very similar in flight.
