Matanzas Inlet (Sold)

This is the view of Matanzas Inlet from across
the bridge. What I really notice there is how
bright the water is. And, of course, it changes
with the tides and the sky. This and the pieces
before this are of a series of 4 and can be viewed
at Mullet Beach Gallery on Cordova and Hypolita
in downtown St. Augustine.

Flying to Shore

This is another painting from the Washington
Oaks beach area with coquina rock. After I
painted it and rearranged the waves some, I
realized that the eye was going out of the
painting and that is when I put in the birds.
